Warranty Terms

Breezaire Products Company warrants each cooling unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

• 5 Years: Compressor replacement (parts only)

• 1 Year: Full coverage on parts and labor

• Who’s Covered: Warranty applies to the original retail customer only and is non-transferable.

• Exclusions Include:

  • Improper installation or use in an inadequately ventilated enclosure

  • Damage during shipping, accidents, abuse, fire, water, or power surges

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Exposure to corrosive environments or substances

Service Terms

• During the first 12 months, Breezaire covers parts, labor, and standard return shipping for repairs performed at their factory.

• From months 13–60, Breezaire covers parts required for factory repair.

• Installation, removal, or handling of the unit is not covered.
