At ShopHubDepot, we operate as an online retailer that partners with trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers to ship products directly to our customers. As a result,we do not ship items ourselves. The shipping timeframes are dependent on our suppliers' timelines, and we rely on them to fulfill and ship your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Ground Shipment:

Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for our suppliers to process and fulfill your order.

Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) after the order has shipped.

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Shipment:

Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for our suppliers to process and fulfill your order.

Transit Time: 10-15 business days (Monday - Friday) after the order has shipped.

Important: These are estimated timeframes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to monitor your order’s progress.

Free Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, both for ground shipments and LTL freight. Deliveries are curbside only. If you need a liftgate service or have other special requests, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will contact you to confirm.

Delivery Information

Curbside Delivery Only: The carrier will not deliver inside your home, garage, or other indoor areas. All deliveries will be made curbside.

Undeliverable Address: If your address is deemed undeliverable, you may incur additional charges for alternative delivery methods.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Order Cancellations & Refusals

If you cancel or refuse your order after it has shipped, a restocking fee and shipping fees will apply. Restocking fees vary by brand:

DuroMax: 20%

Shipping Address Adjustments

If your order has not yet been processed, you can update your shipping address within 24 hours at no additional cost. Once the order is in transit, we will contact the carrier to see if rerouting is possible, but additional charges may apply.

Large Item Shipments

Large or heavy items, such as refrigerators or ranges, will be shipped via LTL carriers. The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the delivery.Curbside delivery is free, but charges may apply if the delivery is rescheduled or refused.

Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Visible Box Damage: If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the package and ask the delivery driver to note the damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Take clear photos of the damaged box.

No Visible Box Damage: If the product inside is damaged, take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and contact our support team immediately at customersupport@shophubdepot.com.

Replacement: Our team will arrange a replacement quickly, but please note that installation or removal costs are not covered.

Important: All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe cannot be processed. Damaged products must be returned to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Policy for Damaged Goods

All returns must be in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Refunds are issued after the warehouse inspects the returned item(s). Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally or toAlaska, Hawaii, or any non-contiguous U.S. territories. Free shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states.
