Refund Policy
When you make a purchase, your credit card will not be immediately charged. Instead, it will be pre-authorized. After our team confirms product availability and fulfillment, your card will be charged within 48 hours.
To cancel your order and avoid any charges, please contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase. If you contact us within this window, we can release the pre-authorization and no charge will be made.
If more than 24 hours have passed and your card has been charged, your order has likely been processed and packed. In this case, we have already paid a 3% credit card processing fee that is non-refundable
The 3% fee may be waived if your order is delayed, damaged, or there are other uncontrollable issues (e.g., shipping delays, backorders, or circumstances on your end like storms). If the refund is due to a change of mind, the 3% fee will still apply.
Once a refund is processed, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
We strongly discourage initiating a chargeback without first contacting us. Our customer service team is always available to assist with any issues or concerns. Chargebacks without prior communication are unfair to both parties and can delay resolution.
