Do you have a physical warehouse or a showroom?

No, ShopHubDepot does not have a physical warehouse or showroom. We use a dropshipping model, meaning when you place an order, it is fulfilled directly by our suppliers or fulfillment centers. This enables us to offer a wide variety of products without the need for large-scale inventory storage or a physical showroom. Although we don’t have a showroom, we provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images online to help you make an informed purchase. Rest assured, we work closely with our partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

What is your delivery time?

At ShopHubDepot, we partner with trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers to ship products directly to you. Since we do not handle the shipping ourselves, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier's processing and fulfillment times. Below are the general shipping timeframes:

Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) after shipping

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Shipment:

Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 10-15 business days (Monday - Friday) after shipping

Important: These are estimated timeframes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Free Shipping

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, whether for ground shipments or LTL freight. Please note that all deliveries are curbside only. If you require liftgate service or have any special shipping requests, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will contact you to confirm your request.

Tracking Your Order

Do you offer financing programs?

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments, which allows you to split your purchase into manageable payments. This flexible option makes your shopping experience more convenient and affordable, with interest-free biweekly payments or monthly plans with interest.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1.) Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damaged box and items inside.

2.) Refuse the Package: If you notice the damage immediately, do not accept the package.

3.) Document the Damage: Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill with the delivery driver.

4.) Notify Us: Send the photos and details to our customer support team at customersupport@shophubdepot.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
