Although we don’t have a showroom, we provide detailed product descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images online to help you make an informed purchase. LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Shipment:

• Transit Time: 10-15 business days (Monday - Friday) after shipping
Important: These are estimated timeframes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders, whether for ground shipments or LTL freight. Please note that all deliveries are curbside only. If you require liftgate service or have any special shipping requests, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will contact you to confirm your request.

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1.) Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damaged box and items inside.
2.) Refuse the Package: If you notice the damage immediately, do not accept the package.
3.) Document the Damage: Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill with the delivery driver.
4.) Notify Us: Send the photos and details to our customer support team at customersupport@shophubdepot.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
