• Approval Required: All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original received condition may be denied return approval.

• Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Return Period: No returns will be accepted after 120 days from the date of receiving the order.

• Set or Bundle Components: Returns will not be accepted for individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle.

• Packaging for Return: Products being returned must be appropriately packaged for pickup and ideally secured on a pallet.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used for the purchase.
