Crafted with durable stainless-steel, this range features 6 sealed burners, delivering a total output of 83,000 BTU. Among them, a powerful 20K sealed dual-ring burner takes center stage, perfect for boiling, searing, and precise simmering of delicate ingredients like chocolate or sauces. The continuous cast iron grates offer superior stability for your cookware, allowing for easy sliding off a hot burner. The 5.26 cu. ft. gas oven, enclosed in a black enamel interior and a tempered 3-layer glass oven door window, offers a total broil and bake output of 44,000 BTU. Two oven racks and an LP conversion kit are included for added convenience. The zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings promise enduring beauty.
