Presenting the MRCOOL 5th Gen Advantage 12K BTU Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump, an exceptionally efficient air handler boasting an impressive 21.2 SEER2 rating, specifically crafted for installation by professional HVAC technicians. This unit seamlessly merges quality, efficiency, quiet operation, and affordability. The included WiFi control module allows you to effortlessly manage your system via the SmartHVAC app, as well as through Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

• 16 ft Installation Kit Included - All necessary components for setup are included.

• Gold Fin Condenser - Engineered to withstand long-term corrosion, making it ideal for coastal environments.

• SmartHVAC WiFi Control Module - Facilitates improved setup and enhanced functionality for both Apple and Android devices. It is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

• Environmentally Friendly - Utilizes R-454B refrigerant.

• Advanced Functions - Features sleep mode, louver position memory, and auto-restart capabilities.

• Convenient Design - Compact outdoor unit design simplifies installation and maintenance. The condenser fan motor is totally enclosed and permanently lubricated for added durability.

• Professional Installation Required - To ensure optimal performance, installation by a licensed professional is necessary.

• Warranty - Offers a 1-Year Parts, 2-Year Compressor (can be extended to a Limited Lifetime Warranty upon registration).

Note: A licensed HVAC technician must pull a vacuum on the line set prior to installing the system. The condenser is charged with enough refrigerant for the 16' line set that comes included with the system. Line sets longer than 16' will require additional charging.
