The 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split provides a complete heating and cooling solution for two separate rooms. This package includes an 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers, a remote, and pre-charged linesets (25 ft. and 50 ft.) with communication wires for each air handler. Its low-profile design eliminates the need for ductwork or wall-mounted units, and the DIY installation feature allows setup without professional assistance or specialized tools.

Package Includes:

• MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 2-Zone 18K BTU Condenser, 4th Gen Series (DIY-MULTI2-18HP230C)

• MRCOOL DIY Series 9K BTU Ceiling Cassette, DIYCASSETTE09HP-230C25 (x2)

• MRCOOL 25 ft. 1/4 x 1/2 Pre-Charged Lineset (DIY25-1412)

• MRCOOL 50 ft. 1/4 x 1/2 Pre-Charged Lineset, 4th Generation (DIY50-1412C)

Note: When both air handlers are operated simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the condenser’s 18,000 BTU rating.

Condenser – 18K BTU:

• High Efficiency: Achieves a 21.2 SEER2 rating for energy savings and potential tax rebates.

• Extreme Performance: Heats effectively in temperatures as low as -13°F.

• Warranty Protection: Includes a 7-year compressor warranty and 5-year parts warranty. Lifetime compressor coverage is available through MRCOOL Care Program registration.

Air Handler – 9K BTU (Quantity: 2):

• Coverage Area: Each unit efficiently serves 180–375 sq. ft.

• Versatile Operation: COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP modes.

• Discreet Design: Low-profile ceiling cassette blends seamlessly into your space.

• Easy Installation: Fits between 16" joists, including pre-manufactured I-joists.

• Maintenance Made Simple: Filter panel lowers via the Elevation function on the remote for easy access.

Pre-Charged Line Sets (25 ft. & 50 ft., Quantity: 1 each):

• Factory Pre-Charged: Pre-filled with the exact amount of R-410A refrigerant for a hassle-free installation.

• DIY Installation: Designed for self-installation, eliminating the need for a certified technician and saving on installation costs.
