The 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split System provides a complete solution for heating and cooling two separate rooms. This package includes an 18,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Air Handlers, remote controls, pre-charged line sets (35 ft. and 50 ft.), and communication wiring for each air handler. Its DIY installation feature allows for flexible, cost-effective setup without requiring professional HVAC services or specialized tools.

Package Includes:

• MRCOOL DIY Multi-Zone 2-Zone 18K BTU Condenser, 4th Gen Series (DIY-MULTI2-18HP230C)

• MRCOOL DIY Series 9K BTU Ceiling Cassette, DIYCASSETTE09HP-230C25 (x2)

• MRCOOL 35 ft. 1/4 x 1/2 Pre-Charged Lineset, 4th Gen (DIY35-1412C)

• MRCOOL 50 ft. 1/4 x 1/2 Pre-Charged Lineset, 4th Gen (DIY50-1412C)

Note: When both air handlers are used simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the condenser’s 18,000 BTU rating.

• All-Weather Performance: Operates reliably even in temperatures as low as -13°F.

Air Handler – 9K BTU (Quantity: 2):

• Coverage Area: Each unit effectively serves 180–375 sq. ft.

• Versatile Operation: COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP modes for year-round comfort.

• Discreet Design: Low-profile ceiling cassette integrates seamlessly into any space.

• Easy Installation: Mounts easily between 16" joists, including pre-manufactured I-joists.

• Maintenance Made Simple: Filter panel lowers with the Elevation function on the remote for easy access.

Pre-Charged Line Sets (35 ft. & 50 ft., Quantity: 1 each):

• Pre-Charged: Ready with the correct amount of R-410A refrigerant for hassle-free installation.
