Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customized and built-to-order items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email us at customersupport@shophubdepot.com. All products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Provide a reason for the return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. A Return Authorization Number is required before returning any item. Contact customer service to obtain one. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or approved by customer service. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping address will be provided with the RMA number. Do not ship returns to our corporate address.

Return Request Instructions

To initiate a return, please use our Contact Form and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item Number for the product you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Resolution requested: Refund or Replacement

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Our support team will respond within one business day with instructions.

Refund Processing Time
Once processed, it takes about 5 days for the refund to reflect back in your account. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check with your bank first. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank. If you have done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our support via email at customersupport@shophubdepot.com.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has shipped, follow our return process. Customized and built-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
