Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

ShopHubDepot Return & Refund Policy:

30-Day Return Window: All return requests must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept return requests after this period.

Restocking Fees: Orders that are canceled or refused after shipment will incur a 20% restocking fees:

Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees. If a request to cancel is made after this 24-hour period, a 3% cancellation fee will apply.

Warranty Coverage:

30-Day Return Policy: Free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance. If a return for repair is needed, we cover all round-trip shipping costs.

30 Days to 1 Year: Free replacement parts and guidance. Customer covers half of the return shipping costs if repair is needed.

After 1 Year: Free technical guidance. Customer covers the cost of parts and all round-trip shipping charges.

30-Day Return Policy

Warranty Coverage: Begins at the time of dealer purchase and is non-transferable.

Claims Process: Dealers must report issues within 30 days for incorrect or missing/defective parts. All claims require an approved Return Authorization Number.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping fees.

30-Day Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Cancellations are subject to a minimum 15% handling and restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty: Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Warranty begins on the installation date or 120 days from manufacture if the installation date cannot be verified.

Return and Cancellation Policy: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Conditions: Refunds are provided within 5 business days once the product is returned and inspected. Returns must be in original packaging.

Fees: Handling and restocking fee of 20% and all shipping costs to and from the seller apply.

Immediate Inspection: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report damages within 24 hours.

30-Day Exchange Window: Requests must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Inspection and Processing: Refunds are issued after the warehouse receives and inspects the returned product.

Credit Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
